Consulting and Advisory Services
We offer individual consultations for private and corporate clients as well as public institutions. We assist with project evaluation already in the preparation phase, including assessing the client’s intent and recommending an appropriate building program. We produce expert analyses and feasibility studies that provide a solid foundation for informed decision-making.
Our services also include construction site verification — from inspecting the proposed construction site to identifying regulatory conditions and verifying compliance of the project with the applicable zoning and planning documentation. We further assess the economic and ecological parameters of the brief, specify the required design inputs, and determine the scope and phases of the project work, including the necessary professional disciplines.
Project Documentation
We prepare all phases of project documentation — from architectural studies and building concepts, through planning and building permit documentation, to detailed execution and construction documentation. We prepare the materials required for contracts with the building contractor and coordinate all necessary specialist disciplines, such as structural engineering, fire safety, traffic engineering, noise studies, building energy performance, technical building services and geological surveys. Our services also include project engineering and support throughout the permitting process.
Author’s and Technical Supervision
We ensure supervision of the project implementation in accordance with the approved design, including ongoing consultations with contractors and resolving technical issues. We focus on quality control and on ensuring compliance with the project documentation. At the same time, we represent the client in negotiations with contractors to guarantee a smooth construction process and fulfilment of the original architectural intent.

During implementation, we cooperate with heritage authorities and specialists in historic architecture to maintain the cultural value and character of the building.
