The urban layout is based on the principles of the surrounding workers' settlement from the 1990s. Simple elongated building volumes with open green spaces between them. The same motif is pursued by the new 5-story building with its setback floor. It aligns itself with its neighboring buildings, creating a clear street front, a neighborhood square facing the tram station, and outdoor spaces for the kindergarten and daily structure within the neighborhood.
